PAYMENT
You must arrange payment before the retreat. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to hold your retreat spot. First Class Retreats require a $ 500 non refundable deposit. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. The balance will be required 2 weeks before the retreat. In the event you have to cancel, we will schedule you in the next available retreat.
Upon payment, you will receive a safety manual, receipt, and confirmation. You will need to read the manual prior to arrival, as there are safety forms for you to sign stating that you have read and understand our safety procedures.
AIRFARE
You will need to arrange for your own air travel. (Amarillo Retreat) You will want to fly to Amarillo International Airport. (Oklahoma Retreat) You will want to fly in to Oklahoma City International Airport. We would like everyone to be at the facility and ready by 9:00 AM Wednesday, unless you have booked a private First Class Retreat. You may want to arrive Tuesday night. Friday, we generally work until 5:00 PM. You may fly out that night, or a little earlier if needed. For the best rates, you should book flights 14-21 days in advance.
TRANSPORTATION
You may rent a car, and we will provide you with directions. We also can arrange pick up (Amarillo Retreats Only) if you arrive Monday and leave Friday so we can coordinate as a group. We can also provide transportation to and from the hotel. Wanna do it in style with Limo service, check out our First Class Retreat.
LODGING
You are responsible for booking your on lodging, unless you are booking a First Class Retreat. Our First Class Retreat Guests are placed in an upscale Hotel. (Amarillo Retreat) There are dozens of Hotels located in Amarillo. We are located at 4401 Redding Rd. in Amarillo, TX 79108. We are about 9 miles north of I 40 off of Western Ave. (Oklahoma Retreat) There are about a dozen Hotels within 10-12 miles of the Facility located in Wynnewood, OK, so try and Reserve your room soon! We are located just off Interstate 35 at exit 64. You would exit and go east about 1 block and make your first left. The Facility is down 4 blocks on the right. For those interested in Gambling, we have a Casino just 15 minutes from the Facility for your night time entertainment.
CAMPING
If you have a RV vehicle, or would like to pitch a tent, you are more than welcome. We will accommodate you as best as possible. We do have electrical and water available.
ATTIRE
You will need to wear clothes you do not mind getting dirty in. Remember you are here to work. The nights can be in the 40-60's, and the days in the 70-90's, although I did not graduate from Meteorological School, and this is Texas.
